Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy? He's broad across the shoulders and chest, narrowing down starting at the waist for more rangy legs and hips. He's about lower average height for his kind, meaning he's about 5 foot 6ish.

2. How old is he? Young, even for humans. Mid to late twenties.

3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch? He tries to stand straight, but when he's thinking about something or distracted, the slouch comes back.

4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities? As a robot, he's in the best health unless he's damaged. However, he is made with lower quality metals, so he gets damaged more often than most.

5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid? He's a klutz. He's oh so very much a klutz. And, when he's not bumping into things, he holds himself incredibly tensely, as usually when that happens, he's repressing.

6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror? By Cybertronian standards, he isn't ugly, but he's nothing to cross the room for. By human, he's fugly. (ETA: Gnome says he isn't fugly. I agree, but this is for RPing purposes, and he falls into the uncanny valley for most people.)

7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred? Grey on darker gray. The light grey is smooth metal, the darker grey psudeo chitin.

8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style. N/A

9. What color are his eyes? Yellow, except when it isn't. (Red and purple show up on occasion, although I'm sure there are others.)

10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features? His tail (Scorpion's, situated on his upper middle back) and his claws (Scorpion's, where his hands should be). Also his 'tusks' and the headcreast/moehawk.

11. What are his chief tension centers? ...you mean 'berserk buttons'? Because, he has those. Lesse~
TFIC: Traitors, and, currently, those who dare mention Megatron to him. (Okay, that's less of a 'berserk button' as 'great, now you made him cry. I hope you're happy with yourself' type thing.)
RC: Those who mention his idiocy in the past, someone who's hurting a kid, and idiots.

12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does he have six of the same suit? N/A, robot. (Well- there is the dress, but that doesn't count.)

13. Do his clothes fit well? Does he seem comfortable in them? N/A

14. Does he dress the same on the job as he does in his free time? If not, what are the differences? N/A

15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando? Commando. *Evil grin*



Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse? Kinda deep, often referred to as 'minion-like', aka, kinda dumb sounding. (Here's a good example, skip to 8:40 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=StdhaKDzPzQ )

2. How does he normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does he talk easily, or does he hesitate? Loud, and in bursts. When he's feeling insecure, he'll slow down and his voice'll go really soft, as he's trying not to draw attention to himself.

3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics? When really, really stressed, he'll fall into third person. His sentences get more choppy, and he starts to repeat himself. (ex: 'Megatron back! Megatron back! All good now.')

4. What language/s does he speak, and with how much fluency? Well, a few. He knows Cybertronian like everyone does, and he is fluent in the Predacon dialect. He's able to understand most everything in the Maximal dialect, but heavy accents throw him. He's also fluent in English for reasons unknown.

5. Does he switch languages or dialects in certain situations? When he's annoyed, he swears in Cybertronian.

6. Is he a good impromptu speaker, or does he have to think about his words? Not in the slightest. He's more of an action type guy, and speaking's just awkward for him.

7. Is he eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change? Inarticulate. He can carry on a conversation, but it's highly likely it'll end in awkward silence. The only time he becomes eloquent, is when he's so mad his processor/mouth filter breaks and he just spews words.



Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is he book-smart or street-smart? A touch of both. He's not very book-smart, as most of his knowledge is either programmed into him, or very hard earned, and he's not really street-smart either,
being completely rubbish with other people, only making it in RC universe due to his being a medic, and in TFIC universe to his being incredibly lucky.

2. Does he think on his feet, or does he need time to deliberate? He's not a quick thinker at all. Sometimes he's able to react, but most of the time unless he's given and order, he's just going to stand there looking idiotic for a moment or so until he figures out what to do.

3. Describe the character's thought process. Is he more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical? He's more 'logical' (for a given amount of logic, anyway) than intuitive. He's very practical in his thoughts, because he has to be, that's just how things were where he comes from.

4. What kind of education has the character had? RC: Pretty much none, he was protoformed with all the knowledge he'd need. TFIC: he has a collage degree.

5. What are his areas of expertise? What, if anything, is he interested in learning more about? RC: He's a medic, and he's working on expanding his knowladge out into tech other than the Cybertronian body. TFIC: Reverse the RC one.

6. Is he an introvert or an extrovert? Introvert. Very, very much so.

7. Describe the character's temperament. Is he even-tempered or does he have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven? He's kinda mood swinging, he's quick to anger most of the time, and very quick to snark. He holds himself tight, and tries not to trust others, as that leads to Bad Things. He's very driven.

8. How does he respond to new people or situations? Is he suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic? He's more amused than anything, most of the time. He'll try to figure them out, see how they fit in, how they slot into the hierarchy. This is less of a 'Scorponok' thing, and more of a 'Predacon' thing.

9. Is he more likely to act, or to react? React.

10. Which is his default: fight or flight? Flight, unless angry or ordered to fight.

11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does he appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks? He has a dry sense of humor, and is more than willing to snark at someone, although laughs and smiles are incredibly rare. (So rare that, when he does smile in TFIC, the general first question is 'have you gotten into Hook's Rust Sticks?')

12. Does the character have any diagnosable mental disorders? If yes, how does he deal with them? No.

13. What moments in this character's life have defined him as a person? Oh, primus. *Headdesk* Joining Megatron, lava, discovering Megatron's a jerk, learning the awesome art of repression.

14. What does he fear? Being alone. He forces it on himself, to keep from getting involved with others, but were everyone in the city/nexus to vanish overnight, he would break.

15. What are his hopes or aspirations? He doesn't really have any. Survival, mostly. Healing. Emotional blankness.

16. What is something he doesn't want anyone to find out about him? RC: That, for the first year or so he was following Megatron, he honestly believed him, and had a not-so-small crush on him. TFIC: He is still somewhat in love with Megatron, no matter what happens. This last plot didn't help this in any way, and now he's even more afraid of getting close to people.



Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with his parents. He doesn't have any.

2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like? ...I suppose his creche-mates count. They aren't close in the slightest, but they did spend the first few months of their lives together, so there is a slight bond.

3. Are there other blood relatives to whom he is close? Are there ones he can't stand? No.

4. Are there other, unrelated people whom he considers part of his family? What are his relationships with them? Inferno. And, well, I'm not even sure how to describe it. In RC, there's also Conan, who he's pretty much adopted.

5. Who is/was the character's best friend? How did they meet? TFIC: Didn't really have one. RC: One of the other medics in the clinic, they met over a patient, and they found that they worked together well, so... *Shrugs*

6. Does he have other close friends? Not really. Inferno's the closest, currently.

7. Does he make friends easily, or does he have trouble getting along with people? He has no social programming whatsoever in TFIC, so he has many issues there, but in RC he has the 'bedside manner' chip from his Medic days, so he's pretty good at small talk! 8D

8. Which does he consider more important: family or friends? Family. (Assuming family='colony')

9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has he been married more than once? Single. He's never been bonded, and he's terrified of the thought.

10. Is he currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse? TFIC: Inferno. RC: Nope.

11. Who was his first crush? Who is his latest? Megatron. And, well, Megatron. xD

12. What does he look for in a romantic partner? Strength, charisma, loyalty, devotion to their kind.

13. Does the character have children? Grandchildren? If yes, how does he relate to them? If no, does he want any? No, and no. In RC, he's fine with adopting random younglings.

14. Does he have any rivals or enemies? ...pretty much any Maximal.

15. What is the character's sexual orientation? Where does he fall on the Kinsey scale? Okay- Robot. He's a true bi, if you can apply that to a genderless species.

16. How does he feel about sex? How important is it to him? Not really? He'd just as soon work with his partner as interface with them.

17. What are his turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits? ...gah. Okay. Let's have at this, and hopefully I don't squick anyone. Scorponok's main squick, his biggest turn off, is pain. Not so much because of the pain aspect, but because of the associations that pain has for him. Getting flashes of a 20 mech pileup you were a first responder to isn't really conductive to the mood, don't you think?

His turn ons... vary. He found Megatron's speeches as a very large turn on for a while, as well as any positive attention from him. I can't really think of any specific ones for now, though. It's all very situational.

He's a cuddler. This is weird when you're a Predacon.



Beliefs
1. Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does he fit type? No.

2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in his life? He's not, as he refuses to believe that anyone would let the Maximals get away with what they had been. (That, and the sheer amount of energy a planet sized Transformer would need makes it impossible for him to believe.)

3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it? He used to, but most everything on it's been compromised throughout his time working for Megatron. To be honest, there's a portion of his processor, a portion that had been aware the entire time, that just screams constantly. He's gotten good at drowning it out.

4. How does he regard beliefs that differ from his? Is he tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent? He's mostly annoyed at idiocy.

5. What prejudices does he hold? Are they irrational or does he have a good reason for them? He hate most things to do with Maximals, and he's getting over it in RC. There are good reasons for it, but there's also good reasons for the good reasons.



Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is he rich, poor, comfortable, in debt? Poor, always. He never starved, but he was lucky with that.

2. What is his social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected him? TFIC: Pretty low on the totem pole. Even when he was 2IC, he knew it was in name only. RC: He used to be fairly high, socially speaking. Now, he's pretty much the lowest one there, and this has the effect you'd pretty much expect it to have.

3. Where does he live? House, apartment, trailer? Is his home his castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does he share it with others? TFIC: He lives in a closet. Sometimes, Inferno stays over in his closet. It's a fairly nice closest, but it's still a closet. RC: He's staying in a spare room with the Maximals, and the first thing he did was add a lock or two. The second thing was to modify the berth for his tail.

4. Besides the basic necessities, what does he spend his money on? Money? What money?

5. What does he do for a living? Is he good at it? Does he enjoy it, or would he rather be doing something else? Medic-tech. He's good at it, and he enjoys it, as much as he enjoys anything.

6. What are his interests or hobbies? How does he spend his free time? Work, work, and work. Sometimes, he goes for a walk, to look for parts for his work.

7. What are his eating habits? Does he skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods? He eats when he remembers to, or when Inferno brings him some.
